Alpen fleece or Alpine Fleece is a double-faced tricot fabric. The fabric has two different sides. The front is made of sweatshirt fabric (jersey or french terry) and the other side is made of soft cuddle fleece. This makes a wonderful combination, hence why the fabric is also called happy fleece.
Why alpine fleece?
Alpine Fleece fabric has two layers and is a thick quality. It has some stretch. The warm, soft interior ensures wearing comfort. This comfortable fabric is ideal for children's and baby clothes.
