Travel is a knitted fabric that consists of a combination of polyamide and elastane. Polyamide is a very form-retaining fiber. Elastane, also spandex, provides stretch. The composition of these two materials makes travel very comfortable.
Why travel, a polyamide spandex fabric?
Travel fabric owes its name to its comfortable and wrinkle-free qualities. It is the perfect fabric to take with you on a trip. After washing, this fabric dries quickly and is wrinkle-free. An iron and dryer are superfluous. The elastane component provides great stretch. In addition, the spandex fabric is breathable and moisture is quickly absorbed and evaporated. All these qualities ensure a high level of comfort.
Travel fabric is available in different thicknesses. Therefore, the material is a good pick during all seasons.
